On February 3, 2017, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned that this product was contaminated with sibutramine (Meridia), an unsafe drug previously prescribed for weight loss, and with phenolphthalein, a potentially dangerous laxative (94512). Advise patients not to take this product.
