This product is commonly marketed for building muscle mass. In November 2005, an independent laboratory commissioned by The Washington Post found that this product contains two anabolic steroids. These steroids include madol and a steroid similar to turinabol. Due to the anabolic steroid content, this product is considered an illegal, unapproved drug. This product is no longer listed on the manufacturer's website; however, the product is still available through other websites. A reformulated version of this product, now known as Halodrol Liquigels, is available on the manufacturer's website.
