Dietary Supplement Executives Sentenced to Prison

Two executives behind the supplements Jack3d and OxyElite Pro were recently sentenced to prison, over 7 years after their workout supplements were recalled for serious safety concerns. Remind patients that dietary supplements don’t need to demonstrate safety to regulatory authorities before entering the market. And legal action against bad actors in the industry can take years.
