On July 16, 2014, Health Canada recalled this product because it has been found to contain sibutramine (Meridia), an unsafe drug previously prescribed for weight loss, phenolphthalein, a potentially dangerous laxative, glibenclamide, a diabetes drug also known as glyburide (Diabeta, Glynase, Micronase), and also the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs diclofenac ibuprofen, and indomethacin (25439). Advise patients not to take this product.
