On November 2, 2016, Health Canada warned that this product was contaminated with the drugs dexamethasone, chloramphenicol, chlorpheniramine, ibuprofen, and tetracycline which could lead to numerous adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, dizziness, blurred vision, irregular heartbeat, changes in blood pressure, and even bone marrow failure (92948). Advise patients not to take this product.
