A new report from the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health found that dietary supplements are still the most popular complementary and alternative health products among adults in the US. Most commonly used dietary supplements include fish oil oil (7.8% of adults in the United States), glucosamineor chondroitin (2.6%), probiotics such as lactobacillus and bifidobacteria (1.6%), and melatonin (1.3%).
