Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers Provide Best Results

New research shows that Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers are the most effective commercial weight-loss programs.

The study compared results, including weight loss and adherence, of various popular weight loss programs to a control treatment, such as counseling or health education. The results showed that Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig provided the best results, with participants losing 2.6% and 4.9% more weight than the control groups after 12 months, respectively. Nutrisystem showed promising results after 3 months, with participants losing 3.8% more weight than controls, but longer-term data is needed.
