Shilajit Supplements Might Increase Testosterone in Men

New research shows that taking 250 mg of Shilajit (PrimaVie, Kolkata, West Bengal, India), a mineral pitch that is used in Ayurveda, twice daily for 90 days increases testosterone levels in healthy, 45-55 year-old men. These findings might affect product development for male sexual health. Shilajit can be found in rocks around the world, particularly in the Himalayas.
