Monograph Update: Panax Ginseng Reduces Flu Risk

New research shows that taking a specific extract of Panax ginseng (Panax Ginseng C.A. Meyer) 1 gram three times daily for 12 weeks reduces the risk of getting the flu by 45%. For more details, review our recently updated Panax ginseng monograph for all of the latest information on effectiveness, safety, and interactions.
