Nutrient Depletions Tool

Learn which nutrients are depleted by prescription and over-the-counter medications. Plus, get evidence-based depletion ratings so you know which depletion concerns are most clinically significant. • Search Drugs: Enter prescription or over-the-counter drugs individually (e.g. Metformin, Phenytoin, or Prevacid) in the left search pane. Select each drug from the drop-down menu. • Selected Items will appear at the bottom of the Search pane. Multiple drugs may be selected for screening. • Once all desired items have been selected, click View Results. • Depletions will display in the right results pane, in order of most severe to least severe (Major --> Insignificant). Results rated as “Insufficient evidence” will display last. • Select Clear All to delete selected items and start a new search.
