On October 5, 2017, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned that this product was contaminated with the unsafe weight loss drug sibutramine (Meridia) and its analogue N-Desmethyl sibutramine, and also with phenolphthalein, a potentially dangerous laxative (94854). Advise patients not to take this product.
